Everyone loves cupcakes, but getting the measure of how to fill cupcake cases just right is a bit of an art. Luckily, it’s an art we can all perfect with a few simple tips.
- Fill your cupcake cases 2/3 full – around 3 tablespoons – or one decent ice scream scoop.
- Avoid filling your cupcake cases with too much batter as they will not bake properly and might overflow when they rise.
- If the batter is really thick, then use two tablespoons to scoop the batter, and if it is too thin, use a measuring jug.
