All You Need Is ...

  • 2 pouches Betty Crocker™ White Chocolate Chunk Cookie Pouch
  • 30 ml water
  • 12 silvered almonds
  • 200 g seedless strawberry jam
  • Few drops of red food colouring

Preheat the oven to 180C (160˚ for fan assisted ovens) / Gas Mark 4.

Stir the cookie mix together with the water until you have a stiff dough (if the dough doesn't form, stir in up to 5ml more water).

Squeeze small handfuls of the cookie mixture together tightly to form small oblong shapes.

Score the top of oblongs with a knife to shape the knuckle, then press 1 slivered almond at one end to make the fingernail.

Bake in the centre of the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden. Then Leave to cool completely.

Beat the jam and food colouring with whisk. Trim base of the finger with fork to give it a severed look and dip the base of finger into jam.
