All You Need Is ...

Pancakes

  • Betty Crocker™ Breakfast Pancake Shaker
  • 325 ml water
  • 150 g mashed ripe bananas
  • 30 g chopped walnuts
  • 15 ml vegetable oil

Topping

  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 30 g chopped walnuts
  • 50 ml caramel topping

Preheat your pan over medium-high heat and add the oil.

Mix the pancake mix and water with a fork or wire whisk until smooth (mixture will be thin). Stir in the mashed banana and walnuts.

Pour the mixture into your hot, greased frying pan to form 4”/ 10cm round pancakes.

Cook until pancakes are crispy around the edge, then turn and cook until golden.

Serve Your pancakes warm from the pan with the remaining chopped walnuts, slices of banana and caramel drizzled over the top…Unbeatable!
